Context Window Indicator, Cross-Workspace Notifications, and Thread Deep-Links
Kairo now shows a live token usage indicator so you always know how much of the model's context window you're using. Notifications are unified across all your workspaces, with in-app banners and a new unread badge in the workspace switcher. Opening a thread now updates the URL so you can share or bookmark it directly.

- New context window indicator in the Kairo chat toolbar: a live badge showing how full the model's context is. Expand it to see a breakdown by conversation, draft, and available input
- The model picker now shows a warning badge next to any model whose context window is nearly full or exceeded by your current conversation
- Notifications now span all your workspaces — the inbox and notification bell show activity from every workspace in one unified list
- In-app notification banners appear in the top-right corner when you receive a new notification, showing the workspace name and a click-to-navigate action
- The workspace switcher now shows a live unread notification count badge for workspaces with new activity
- Opening a message thread now reflects the thread ID in the URL, enabling deep-linking and back/forward navigation

- Desktop notification titles now include the workspace name so you know at a glance which workspace the activity is from
- Kimi K2.5 is now more than 2x faster than before, with a 256K context window and vision support
- Memory popover has refined animations, layout, and an improved empty state
