Key changes: reduced from 5 steps to 3, added progress bar, new illustration set.

Love the reduced step count. The progress bar feels much cleaner now.

One thought — can we add a subtle entrance animation to each step? Framer Motion spring would feel right.

The illustration style is really cohesive. Did you use the new brand palette?

Yep! All pulled from the updated token system. The sunset warm set for onboarding, cool slate for settings.

These are gorgeous. The empty states are finally not an afterthought.

Also pushing the icon refresh today — swapped 40+ icons to Tabler with consistent 1.5px stroke.

The spacing between the form fields in step 2 feels a bit tight on mobile. Maybe bump to gap-4?
