Good idea — adding a slide for Kairo adoption. Usage is up 3x since we shipped skills.

What's our NPS looking like after the onboarding changes?

Early signal is positive — jumped from 32 to 48. Small sample though, need another week.

The support ticket volume is already down 28%. That's a really good sign.

Should we plan a customer spotlight for the changelog post?

Yes! I'll reach out to the top 3 accounts this week. They've been very engaged.
